01
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use govern all visits, digital interactions, and commercial transactions executed across Cargo Aprons. By accessing our platform or purchasing any chef aprons, barista linens, leather-trimmed utility gear, or workshop aprons, you agree to be bound legally by these provisions and our companion policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you represent a culinary business, workshop, hospitality chain, or trade enterprise, you confirm that you possess the requisite commercial authorization to bind your organization to these legal terms.
02
Eligibility & Customer Accounts
To acquire items through this service, you must be of legal age under the jurisdiction of your residence. When submitting purchasing information, you guarantee that all details supplied—including billing addresses, corporate identifiers, and contact details—are accurate, current, and complete.
You remain solely responsible for safeguarding any credentials used to access specialized wholesale pricing or customer order histories. Cargo Aprons reserves the right to restrict access or suspend transactions if fraudulent information is detected.
03
Commercial Orders & Pricing Policies
All listings for culinary workwear, workshop canvases, and utility aprons in our Apron Catalog are subject to real-time inventory availability. While we make every effort to display accurate specifications, fabric weights (GSM), hardware finishes, and colors, slight organic variations may occur due to natural textile dyes and monitor calibration differences.
- Pricing Currency: All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly indicated otherwise at checkout.
- Order Confirmation: Order receipts generated automatically constitute an acknowledgment of your request and do not finalize commercial acceptance until fulfillment commences.
- Corrections: We reserve the right to rectify typographical errors or pricing discrepancies prior to dispatch upon prompt notification to the buyer.
04
Custom Embroidery & Bulk Workwear Orders
For custom hospitality orders involving corporate embroidery, laser-engraved leather patches, bespoke straps, or bespoke canvas dimensions, production commences strictly after written digital mockup approval. Once production begins, custom personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned for buyer change-of-mind.
You grant Cargo Aprons a limited license to replicate logos, trademarks, and design motifs provided by your enterprise solely for the purpose of executing your bespoke apron manufacturing request.
05
Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Deliveries are managed according to the protocols set out in our Delivery Information. Risk of loss and title for all workwear garments transfer to the purchaser once the carrier takes custody of the parcel.
We are not liable for transit delays provoked by adverse weather conditions, courier strikes, or customs inspections on cross-border shipments, though our team will assist in carrier tracking investigations.
06
Returns & Quality Guarantee
Standard non-customized aprons in unwashed, original condition with all utility tags intact may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We stand behind the craftsmanship of reinforced brass rivets, double-stitched pockets, and heavy-duty canvas seams. Defective garments verified upon delivery will be repaired or replaced promptly at our expense.
07
Intellectual Property Rights
All patterns, garment silhouettes, editorial textile guides, photography, and brand graphics published across this website are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any proprietary assets without our prior written authorization.
08
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Our utility aprons are engineered for culinary, craft, and workshop protection under standard commercial handling. In no event shall Cargo Aprons or its suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper thermal exposure, machine misuse, or chemical damage beyond specified textile care limits.
Review comprehensive details on our Disclaimer page regarding garment care and fabric performance parameters.
09
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you workwear goods shall be governed by and construed under the provincial and federal laws applicable in Canada. Any claims arising from commercial transactions shall be resolved in the competent courts located within the jurisdiction of our registered office.
