Upon order placement, you receive an instant email summary. Our fulfillment staff selects, inspects, and pre-conditions your apron straps within 1–2 business days.
Dispatch & Live Tracking Activation
A tracking code is generated immediately as the carrier scans your package. You will receive an automated dispatch notification containing a direct carrier portal link.
Safe Contactless Delivery
Shipments are left at your preferred safe drop point or secure mail locker. You receive delivery confirmation via email as soon as delivery is recorded.

Address Accuracy & Redirection
Please verify apartment, suite, and buzzer details before completing checkout. If you need an address revision, notify our support team within 2 hours of placing the order before shipping label creation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Canadian orders include applicable GST/PST at checkout. Orders bound for the United States under US$ 800 qualify for duty-free de minimis entry with no unexpected border charges.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We deliver to Canadian PO Boxes and rural route addresses via Canada Post regular and expedited services. Courier express options require a physical civic address.
Damaged or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel arrives with external damage or appears stalled in transit for more than 5 business days past the expected window, contact our team to initiate a carrier investigation or immediate replacement.
